I think it is, I mean, there's nothing wrong with a child weighing only 6 pound when born. And just because your pregnant, doesn't mean you HAVE to get fatter. It could be the baby is the only one growing.

Eat healthy and you will be fine.

I ended my pregnancy the same weight I started (I lost and then gained) and had a healthy 8lbs 2oz baby.

So long as you are getting enough nutrients and calories you and the baby will be fine. Pay attention to what you eat and how well you feel not the scale.

Yeah it could be normal, some women hardly gain any weight when they are pregnant, and other gain a lot.
So it's probably nothing, but it wouldn't hurt to go get it checked out. It would give you piece of mind.

I didn't gain any weight til the eighth month. I wouldn't worry about it. You will make it all up at the end. Good luck and congrats.

What does your doctor say? They weigh you every month. It sounds like you are way underweight.

No it doesn't sound normal. Check with your dr. but it could be harmful to your baby.
