As much as I hate to belie the replies of fellow answerers, I have to point out that the only cat to break 60 mph is the cheetah. Of the tiger subspecies, the siberian tiger is the fastest as it often has to chase down prey over considerable stretches of open spaces. It can reach an impressive 50 mph for short spurts. The link below has some great information on the siberian tiger, the largest and most powerful cat on the planet.

Not sure. If you decide to find out remember, you don't have to outrun the Tiger, just the other people with you.
