Somehow, Monzilla FireFox got downloaded onto my computer. I tried to delete it through the "Add/Remove Programs" program on my computer. And it won't delete it at all. Can you help me please? Thanks!

Try the System Restore which takes you back to a time when your computer was working good. Go To:
start
programs
accessories
systems tools
system restore
This process is completely reversable. And does not remove your personal files. Just go back one checkpoint at a time until your puter is working good again.

Just deleting it will not help. Do this>
1) Start > Control Panel> Add or Remove Programs
2) Find the Mozella Firefox
3) Click Remove programs
4) a dialog box should come up that tells you to uninstall the program.
5) follow the directions and you'll remove it in no time!

Restart your pc. Go into safemode. Go to add/remove and delete it. This works for me on some stubborn programs that won't delete.

In your start menu there may be a Firefox folder, in there may be a shortcut to uninstall forefox..something like that, you could try it that way.. or you could go to the directory it is installed to.. probably something like C:\Program File\Firefox(in My Computer).. something like that, in that folder you could just delete all the files or run the uninstall or unwise.exe in the folder...should be named something like that..if its not there or doesn't let you.. sorry.
