no jeans. At very worst slacks and a shirt with no tie.

First impressions are very important. If your a woman, wear a dress or a nice suit. If your a guy, wear a suit and tie. What do you got to loose. Its only for an hour. Its not like ya have to wear it all day. If people that come to be interviewed by me and are not dressed well don't get hired. I believe that well dressed people took the time to look their best. Which shows me they will take the time and be their best on the job.

You can never over dress for a interview. You should wear the same thing you would wear for a interview at the White House. No Manager will say "they over dressed for the interview" But lots of interviewers will say "that person didn't dress for a interview"
Trust me - 1st impressions are very important -
Always have pride in your job, if it's Target or the White House.
Be proud of your work -

in my opinion jeans are never good for an interview. you want to leave a positive impression on your interviewer. i think the right clothing can get a job for you because it shows your ethics. simply put.... the better you dress the more the success

A rule of thumb for interviews: You want to dress similar to how the employees working there dress. Shirt with a collar and khakis would be perfect.

I work for an employment agency and I could only suggest wear kakies and a sweater, if you don't own any kakies, wear jeans, but dress it up with a nice blazer, sweater or dress shirt, wear dress casual shoes, not tennis shoes. Good luck, hope you get the job!

Depends on the position at Target. Managerial..go with a suit. General employee...at least, dress pants and a dress shirt, preferably with a tie.
Girls should wear full coverage blouse or dress shirt and dress pants or knee-length skirt or full coverage dress. Definitely tights/ pantyhose and preferably close toed shoes.

A nice blouse, or polo shirt, and slacks. No matter where the interview is you always want to make a good first impression. Even when going to just pick up or fill out an application it is a good idea to have your hair, makeup, and clothes look nice.
