where i work i have been there for 8 years there are 2 new girls that have been there 6 months and the other 3 months they talk so much it drives me nuts the supervisor already knows but does nothing they like working over time (not me ) so they go slow on purpose and yet if they complain about someone else talking then the supervisor looks in to it but it is driving me nuts ,they know they talk alot but laugh it off she must be doing the supervisor thats my only guest and is an undocumented worker how about that .

Yeah there is this guy who works in the cubical behind me. He goes to the bathroom about 50 times a day and is in there for 10 minutes at a time. He even leaves meetings, and will just walk away while you are talking to him. The other day he was asleep at his desk. I am totally serious. I wish he would quit or die because I have to take over his projects.

You bet. A lot of my co-workers spend more time on the golf links than at work. You can never find them. While social capital is important, actually working should enter your day, too.

Oh yes. I worked at McDonalds as a manager and during our closing hours the kid that was supposed to clean the grills walked out without telling me and the other manager. We didn't get out until 1AM the next day.

How about the slacker who is dating the boss' brother. She makes costly mistakes, but never gets called on them. She gets to sit in her cubicle and read romance novels while everyone gets yelled at because the work is not getting done. But if someone else makes a minor error, they get their butt's chewed.

Yes!! I have two deals that are supposed to broker through once the quote is complete! These are 3,000,000.00 dollar deals x 5 products! UGGHH!!! I am going insane!!!!
