too late....once you spread your legs, the rest of the body starts to spread also.

Don't worry about that, it will go back if you keep exercising, even for just a little bit. I had the same thing happen to me, now my son is 5 weeks old and my butt is going back to it's old shape. Your hips will start to widen when you're pregnant making it easier during labor, but they go back afterwards. (not all the way back but for the most part). Don't worry about being tired either around your 3rd month you'll start to feel great again. My biggest worry now is my boobs i want to make sure they stay perky but that will be hard with breastfeeding. Also make sure to stay hydrated and put lot's of lotion all over you're body, it helps with strech marks.

right now u r a month pregnant and so u r thinking i can't wait till i show. so u think u will be ok with the big belly. in a couple of months u will wish your butt was the only thing u hated. u will get so sick of people commenting on your stomach, touching your stomach. your back will kill like crazy. u will be so sleepy and can't find a comfortable position.
basically, your butt is the last thing for u to worry about right now :-)

Use the stairs instead of the elevator. Do butt-squeezing exercises. Why don't you look for a pregnant exercise book at the library?

Buy a pregnancy yoga DVD! good luck. Try not to focus too much on your butt. The baby is way more important.

I think you will be okay. I am about a month preg my self...and i am so scared about my body changing...but the good thing is...that through all 'this' change....after we have our kids, we can go to the gym and fix our bodies back to what we want.

oh honey your butt is just going to keep getting worse from here! sorry! after you have the baby there are tons of exersises you can do to get it back in shape!

you can still work out and the reason your so tired because your pregnant and the first 3 months make you really really tired. do alot and alot of squats but please becarefully and not over do it and drink lots and lots of water.
