I watched the Devils Rejects this weekend and I have also seen House of a 1000 corpses or whatever its called. The gore didn't bother me it was the content. It said written and directed by Rob Zombie.....is that guy on crack? Or does he just love inbred psycho hillbillies?? Why does he keep making crappy movies like this? Does anyone actually enjoy these movies?? The only thing that bothers me about them is that someone would actually think of this crap.

saw and hostel have similar content and they were all huge hits. some people love gorey horror movies. at least i sat through saw, i walked outa hostel and changed the channel on rejects.

I actually thoroughly enjoyed both the Devil's rejects AND House of 1000 corpses. Contrary to what you might think Rob Zombie is a creative genious. His movies have so much to offer for the campy horror slash film enthusiasts out there. His movies are not only stylish, but fun as well. I think he took a slightly different turn with Devils Rejects, the end result was a grittier more 'real' movie. The only advice I have is this: If you don't like/and or approve of horror movies, don't watch them.

Rob Zombie is just Rob Zombie. He's made enough money to be able to do whatever he wants....which just happens to be Rob Zombie kinds of things.
He's alright, he's just a little twisted in a morbid kinda of way that can be pretty funny if you're in the right mood.

well maybe cause something like this has actually happen. I would not put anything past anybody. He is not on crack you just simply do not like his movies. So word of advice 'don't watch them' and quit complaining about them.
