the whole country to know that their partner is cheating on them?
i really dont get it!

Maybe they are trying to make their partners look bad for doing the cheating? Or maybe it's a ploy for some couples who really get along to act like one is cheating so they can get money for being on the show?

What I don't get - and no offense meant to those folks who do like this show - is why anybody would -watch- it. It's sensationalized and made rather ridiculous, yes, but still at its heart this is still a show focused on putting people's sadness and pain on display for no real reason other than "entertainment" ... eh, it just feels gratuitous to me, I used to have to leave the room whenever my roomie would watch it because it just made me feel bad =(

I don't get it either but I'm assuming they are like the trash that appeared on the Jerry Springer show. . .why would anyone want such on TV for the world to see

Love that show! They probably want to expose the cheater to the world & humiliate them.

the same reason they go on"cops" or "the jerry springer show"---15 mins of fame-good or bad
