Can you have symptoms of being pregnant before your missed period?

Yes you can...Exspecially in the chest area.

some women do, usually not though. It's a lil too early to show obvious symptoms. I believe the most obvious is morning sickness. I know that isn't supposed to come until over a month of pregnancy, but my mother told me she had it way before that. Like I said, not usually. Just gotta wait it out.

yes i guess you could. but best bet take a pregnancy test to find out for sure. they have those one test you can take before your period. I took one when i thought i was pregnant. I just had this gut feeling i was! and i still had a week before my period. and the test came back positive. and it worked because here i am 6th months pregnant!
