I think they should get out of welfare for corporations. I do not think they should stop helping individual citizens who are in need and have no means to meet that need. A nation, any nation is only so strong as it's weakest members. If a nation cannot take care of it's own citizens in need then it is a nation with nothing to offer the world.

It would be nice if the government didn't have to be responsible for the livlihood of its citizens, but unfortunately, there are just some peoplewho cannot work for many reasons. I don't think its right for thegovernments to just let people starve, because they are too old, or too sick to work, neither do I think its fair that ingle parents should have to choose a job over the lives of their children. However, I DON'T think any government should be supporting any adult immigrants, no matter why they came here. Immigrant men who won't work should be kicked out. Immigrant women should be forced to go out and find a job just like our own women must to support our children.

The only people the Constitution mentions are the young, women & the elderly. It makes no mention of drunks, people who are on drugs, people who just keep having children with no means of supporting them. These people got themselves in this mess, let them get out on their own , with out my help. I have all I can do to take care of my fanily, never mind taking care of someone else Charity begins at home,MY home.

Yes, all of it.

If it's not in the Constitution, or Amended to the Constitution, then the federal gov't is unauthorized to take action or spend money on it. And welfare - social security, medicare, medicaid, education grants, corporate welfare, agricultural welfare, etc - are ILLEGAL spending by Congress.
