I am not sure of any websites, but there is a book called The Miraculous World of the Unborn baby, by Nikki Bradford. I get this book for all of my friends who are pregnant. Its a week by week guide of the pregnancy. It tells you what they are doing in the womb, what the are feeling and developing. Very good book.

I'm not sure, but "What to expect when expecting" is a great book to own during pregnancy with diagrams that show the development each month.
