I am not sure of any websites, but there is a book called The Miraculous World of the Unborn baby, by Nikki Bradford. I get this book for all of my friends who are pregnant. Its a week by week guide of the pregnancy. It tells you what they are doing in the womb, what the are feeling and developing. Very good book.
