open your internet explorer. go to tools, then options, then delete cookies, delete temp. files, delete history. it will all go away.
or you can go to: my computer/c drive/documents and settings/administrator/cookies. it's easier the other way though.

For Internet Explorer:
Open up windows explorer or my computer then :
1) Click on C drive
2) Open folder which says "documents and settings"
3) Find the folder with your name/username on it and open it
4) To delete cookies click on the Cookies folder and delete everything from there.
5) To delete temp internet files click on "local settings" folder
6) Here delete everything from the Temp folder, History folder, and Temp Internet Files.
Remember to select all the files and then press the SHIFT + DEL key. This will delete the files without putting it in the recycle bin.
Alternate method:
Open up internet explorer
Click on tools then Internet options
Click on Delete Cookies to remove your cookies
Click on Delete Files to remove all internet temp files
Click on Clear history to remove your internet history
Hope this helps

Go to my computer (icon on desktop) then choose the C/: drive then WINDOWS then you will see both cookies and temporary internet files as folders - they are 2 diff folders. You can safely delete their contents except the index in the cookies (it won't let you) - the way to go about doing that is to higlight the index and then go to the edit tab and choose invert selection.

Depends on your browser:
Firefox: In “Preferences” or “Options”, go to the “Privacy” section under the “Cookies” tab.
Internet Explorer (WinXP): Cookies are stored in “C:\Documents and Settings\YourUsername\Cookies” and can be deleted by going to “Internet Options” in Internet Explorer on the “General” tab and clicking the “Delete Cookies” button.

C:\documents and settings\your user account\cookies
C:\documents and settings\your user account\local settings\temp
C:\documents and settings\your user account\local settings\temporary internet files
the local settings is hidden you'll have to go to tools and folder options, hit the view tab and tic "show hidden files and folders"
wish I could figure out what version of windows you all are using cause it ain't xp :D

C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Cookies.
"Administrator" could be your login name if you sat it up that way.
