no, I'm not giving her the middle name Aaliyah after the singer, I just find the spelling pretty lol

It's a nice name, and her first name is using the typical spelling which will make life easier. It will help her that the "novelty" name is her middle name, instead of her first name.
Out of curiosity, are you really naming her after the dead singer? That'd be too creepy for me, if it were my kid, unless I really admired that singer above and beyond all other relatives and celebrities.
