They are called Heelies. Advice: don't buy any cheap knock offs of the originals. Make the heelies come with the tool that enables the parent/child to remove the wheels when needed.

We have already experienced the cheaper version of the heelies and they broke very quickly. Also, the wheels were not retractable so made it impossible for my nephew to wear to school.

They are called "Wheelies" I would only suggest them for kids 6 and up. You can check out the webiste below for the different styles and where to buy them near you.

There called roller shoes.They have been popular in toronto for a couple of years now

Well there is wheelies and heelies so don't get ripped off. Can't remember which one but one you can't replace the wheel once it wears down. So niece got the other pair.
