i am a career teacher----I am looking for some good stories that has happened to you at your jobs or previous jobs invloving working as a team and somone slowing down the process----any one have a story like this? please help me if you can.

Also looking for funny workplace stories----keep appropriate remember these are high school students----thanks in advance

Oh, I have a ton of these.

1. My boss use to get words wrong like Archie Bunker on "All in the Family". One day during a meeting, he asked for suggestions on how to improve our order taking accuracy. Someone made a suggestion and his response was "That's lunacrisp" as opposed to "ludicrous". I made a funny face and stated "Lunacrisp? Like a moon cracker?!" The room erupted and he turned 3 shades of red. But he was timid and did nothing.

2. I was traveling for my job a lot. I was at a site for over 10 weeks with no end in site. My wife had sent a recent picture of my daughter and I set it down on a work table in the plant. About two hours later, the picture was missing. Could not find it. About 3 hours later, the area supervisor handed me the picture. I asked "Where did you find it?" He told me they caught an employee "using it" in the bathroom. I went ballistic. They guy was being fired at that moment. He worked there for 23 years.

3. I worked for a company that had owners and a GM that acted like 14 year-olds. They were always goofing around shooting stuff at people, One of the spanish speaking production people got hit in the side of the head with a spitwad by one of them. Oh, did he go off - yelling "Why don't you grow up", "You are worse than my 3 year old", etc. They were so embarrassed they stopped attending meeting for 6 months together and only when they had to.
