It will be shown among the movie previews before
"Happy Feet" when it premieres next Friday. According to an article posted October 10, at HPANA, an excellent source of reliable and current information on Harry Potter news and rumors (about the books, movies, actors, etc):

The teaser trailer for Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix will be attached to the Warner Bros. movie Happy Feet which is being released on Friday, November 17th.

This information was also posted the same day in a similar article on The Leaky Cauldron, a web site that is acknowledged as a favorite of Harry Potter author J.K. Rowling on her official web site, where she even has a link to their site and other Harry Potter fan sites she likes.

It's simply deceptive. If you examine IMDB, the last 2 movies are in construction. Half-Blood Prince starts filming quickly and is about to come back out in past due 2008, and Deathly Hallows is about to be published in 2010. I can not wait! The new one appears like it will be particularly well. =]

All the advertisements have said the teaser trailer will be shown at the opening of "Happy Feet."

Can't wait to see it. This one will be fabulous.

Seriously, do they even need to advertise?

I think it would probably depend on when the movie was coming out. I wouldn't think so, though.
