not enough info to answer this question but generally, when you want to link the URL from a website to your text or whereever you want to... just select the URL from the address bar(internet browser) and right click------------- copy----------- paste(the place you want to give the link). That's how you have to do

it is an easy way to use HTML for that. but it also depends what you are trying to link.

The way I do it is to use phrase to sum up what is linked (optional)

That should be what you are looking for.
