I curretlt have sp1, but i been told to get sp2, how can i get it, and wich one do i need to get?
what is good and bad about sp2?

download windows xp service pack 2 here-
burn it to cd so you have it in the future
note that all updates in SP1 are included in SP2, so if you have SP1 on disc you don't need it anymore if you have SP2.

There is nothing but with sp2 it is a security update so you will need it. You can find it at Windows Update.

inless your a hard core comp geek, and i'm sure your not or you would not be asking this, you really don't need sp2 not much diff, its just an update, but if you really feel you need it just go to there website or anywere like bestbuy and you can download it or buy it

go to the windows update site and download it not having it leaves you open to security and other issues that have been found in windows
