I've tried both kinds and the less expensive stuff seems to "stay in place" longer. I always have problems with eye shadow. And E.L.F seems to do the trick.

Most of them have the same formula but different name. The name is what you are paying for.

Because sometimes you're just paying $30 to tote around a Chanel lipstick. The name says it all.

did you know that alot of the cheaper makeup is from the big name with the same formula but under a different name?

Some make-up manufacturers use a lead-by-product to help them hold up to time and abuse.....consider if it's more important to get lead poisoning or re-apply your makeup.
