I know right now the popular choice is Cal but I think USC may be the Pac-10 winner. As good as Cal has played they still don't look great on defense. USC while it has been hot and cold does have some real stars on defense especially at linebacker. Maluga is an animal. USC has better defensive stats than Cal does to back up what I'm saying. If USC can shore up some deficiencies on pass coverage it will help. Overall the USC edge on defense maybe enough to win this game. Also USC is playing at home. The winner of the USC - Cal game is likely the winner of the Pac-10.

Who cares? The Rose Bowl doesn't matter this year. I'll go with Cal, because USC makes me want to puke, and Michigan if they lose to Ohio St. Michigan kicks Cal's rear. The Pac-10 is overrated.
Edit
loveholio - What color is the sky in California? Nebraska has no shot. Kind of like last years Rose Bowl.
Hook'em!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
