It's called discrimintation and unfortunately it happens all the time. My best advice to you is to get a good lawyer & go the legal way. Fight for your son. I truly wish you the bast & whatever your rotten half decides to do, please do your best to keep a relationship going with your son, boys NEED their dad.

WOW sorry to hear that situation you are in, first of all you need to find a good lawyer that can help you get custody or visitaion to the kid, then you need to make sure that the divorce works in your favor and a good attorney will help you do this. No it is not a matter of what she did, the police do not care, and unfortuantly this is a females world when it comes to kids. I hate to say it bit the police are always going to side with the mother. So GET YOURSELF AN ATTORNEY, that way she cannot take the kid out of state or the country I mean it will be so much harder for you to get visitation if she does this. Get looking, and good luck

Dont stop fighting. I got my 2 kids. She gets to see them but I have them most of the time. It dont work the way it did before. Every parent has the right to raise there kids. Fight for what you believe in. Find you a damn good lawyer and get the kid if you want. Unless she is a bad parent dont take the kid away from her. The child (childern) need both parents. Dont say anything bad about the other person in front of the child. Good luck

you poor thing. The cops are probably used to the girl getting abused or whatever. a crying girl can get away with whatever they want. Are you married? call the cops and report the child as kidnapped if you have to. Hire an attorney and take her to court. If you can't find her, hire a private detective or locating service to find out where she is. There are many ways of finding people. I do it all day finding people who skip out on payment. It's not as hard as you think it is. good luck to you.

You need to hurry up and file for custody before she does. That was so wrong for her to do. Unfortunately men get screwed by the American legal system. It is really sad. My mom tried to kill me and abandoned me in the front yard at 18 months, and my dad had to kidnap me and take me to another country just to keep me safe from her. I am sorry you are in this situation. You sound like a nice guy. If you get a sec, pls answer my Q about wherer or not men miss women they like when they are away. Thanks. and good luck. Hope all works out.
P.S. If you get a good lawyer, you should get at least joint custody. But make sure you try your best not to name her the primary care provider, or she will be in charge of all major desisions in your son's life. But on the other hand, if you get named primary, you'll be in charge. so good luck.

You had better get a good lawyer, preferably a female one. They took her out because she called 911, if you had called 911 the she would have been the one escorted out.

You are going to have to prove you are the better parent. First thing is to file for custody of your child. Second do not give her any reason to say you have abused her, stalked her or harrassed her because it could be used against you.

You have the right to have him also, due to the fact that there hasn't been any court documents and u haven't signed over ur rights. You are still his father and have the right to see him. If she keeps him away from u and you can get prove that she is denining u ur right, u can use that in court for custody. Talk to ur attorney bout ur rights.

You need to take her to court! You need to fight for your rights. That having been said, the court will give the child to the mother 99% of the time. I would be trying for joint custody.

This is why you choose a spouse very carefully. The court system favors females. You can fight but it will be an uphill battle.
