The ONLY gas made during human respiration is CO2(Carbon Dioxide). Water is not a gas!

The equation for respiration is the opposite of photosynthesis:

Water + Carbon Dioxide (+Energy) = Oxygen + Glucose

Respiration:

Oxygen + Glucose = Carbon Dioxide + Water
