Is he a fan who he writes PARODIES of Harry Potter books and posts them on the web? Because he can't actually write books with the Harry Potter characters in them and publish them. That would be seriously ILLEGAL.

This is the first I have heard of this author, and if true, he is in big trouble cause she has all sorts of copyrights in Harry Potter stuff.
