I forgot the name of this game that came out in the 90's. It was with this little magnifying glass and you would hold it and it would point at letters. What is the name of this game?

Yeah it sounds like what u guys are describing but there was one in the 90's that was similar with a different name

It sounds like you are describing a Ouija Board, also known as a Witch Board. I don't know if it really qualifies as a game, since it involves speaking to spirits. Many people are afraid of Ouija Boards, because you can contact evil spirits too. Here is a link:
