The best marketing programs are at the best business schools. On an undergraduate level, the best B-Schools are Wharton, MIT and UC-Berkeley. Only one of them is in California.

UCLA, USC and UC-Davis all have ranked business schools. Stanford is the best business school in California -- but it does not grant undergraduate degrees.
