I'm thinking on dying my hair blond this febrary for the next semester of school i just need to know if I come to look ok bad or too gay this is the place with the photo plase be honest and not mean
The photo is from August and my hair is longer than in the photo

Just remember, with dark hair if you do it yourself, it will come out orange not BLONDE!!! Learn how to properly strip the hair or get it done professionally. The good news, if it looks bad, it will be easy as pie to dye it back.

BTW, use a leave in moisturizing conditioner the first few washes after to ensure your hair won't be damaged too badly.

I'm just speaking honestly without meaning to be offensive. If you're concerned about looking "too gay" as you put it, then maybe you shouldn't dye your hair blonde. My opinion is that yeah, I think it'll make you look effeminate.

You look nice with your naturally dark hair. You should leave it! ; )

honestly if you are going to dye it you should probably just do the tips....kinda like highlights. since your hair is so dark it would look weird once the dark hair started to grow in. but with it frosted or tipped you could avoid that problem with dark roots.
