Darkseid is an evil god whose power is off the charts- he can take on the Hulk plus a dozen other Marvel heroes, just like he can battle the entire JLA.
His son Kalibak is about even with the Hulk in strength (except Kalibak doesn't get stronger when he's mad- so the Hulk would win, but it's close) Orion might even beat the Hulk. But Darkseid? He's on another level...

Not a shot. Darkseid has taken Superkman's best shots many times, and he's equally as strong as the Hulk. Supes can't beat him down physically, so neither can Greenskin.
Besides, Darkseid has those nasty Omega beams which would probably disintegrate him, or at the very least, leave him half-dead at which point he'd revert to Banner.
Now if the Hulk had heat vision, flight, super speed, oh- and a PLAN to go with his strength, he'd have a chance.

Hell yeah, The Hulk's power keeps growing the more he gets mad, Darkseid's power is at a level that doesn't get any higher. Probably could beat Superman.

Nope. I love jadejaws. When written correctly, he is a terror. But, Darkseid is in another category altogether. Granted, I think Darkseid would wake up the next day and know he had been in a fight. But, I can't believe he could lose.

it depends on which hulk is fighting (the dumb, yet strong green original; smart grey hulk or the smart green hulk with original hulks strength). i forget what darkseid does but i think it has something to do with world decimation but anyways my moneys on darkseid

Most of the gadgets Darksied employs are meant to induce pain and suffering, not stuff like sleep gas that would not work on Superman anyway. Without getting Hulk to snooze, those punishing weapons would just make him more and more angry. Eventually, Hulk SMASH!
