Wal-mart doesnt do a waiting list ,.. only gaming stores do ,.. you have as good as a chance as anyone esle does,.. but you know the saying" first come first serve" so if the system comes out tomorrow(Tuesday) then you should get in line as soon as you can to make sure you get one ,.. and if you are in cold weather .. bring a blanket and have someone bring you something hot to drink after a few hours,.. but dont drink too much because you cant get out of line to go to the bathroom!... Umm I don't think you'll get one dude! Do you have any idea how many people are on the wait list!? Not to sound rude, but you probably won't be able to get one 'till next year, unless you try to join someone's wait list-especially w/the holidays coming up. Good luck tho. I suppose you could just try and go real early everyday until you get one!?

Good luck. Try the waiting list first, and then go to eBay. You MIGHT get one for Christmas '07!
