I've witnessed here in Georgia a "Legally Blind" labeling on a Georgia license plate and didn't know that they could get that sticker.

I'm blind in one eye and wanted to know if I qualified for that sticker. Also does it qualify me to get a handicap license plate?

Checkout http://www.biopticdriving.org/ on the driving issue. Handicap laws vary from state to state. A copy of the Georgia form is at http://motor.etax.dor.ga.gov/forms/pdf/motor/mv-9d.pdf

No, The Legally Blind Can Not Drive because they can't see.
