Some states allow 15 yr olds to get a drivers permit that allows them to drive with an adult. In farm communities it is quite common to see children as young as 9 driving trucks on private farms, which is also legal in most areas.

Welll i'm getting my learners at 16 but i still drive >.> my d\ teached me how to druve from i was like 11 so yeah i'm 14 now ^.^ but it's normally 16 but if you can drive then yeah remember drive with someone who has a lieson

I'm pretty sure in Mississippi that if you have straight A's you can drive at 15. Same is true for living in rural areas in other states.
