Honey...I went through this but at the time I did not even know I was pregnant. I would almost fall asleep driving!!! I would take a nap, and then one hour later need another nap!!!
Just relax, and know that your hormones are going crazy!!! If you have cravings...I say go for them. Just be careful!!! YOu are pregnant darling...that is your excuse. If anyone asks why you are being a b**ch, then say becuase I am pregnant!!!!
Good luck!!!

You are pregnant lady!!!! Relax leave the house work till another day month. or for someone else. While she is watching Dora take a nap! get rejuvenated. Every pregnancy is different. Listen to your body..but about the food you need to chill on that.. do you want to clog your little ones arteries as well as yours! Try healthy snacks....eat yogurt cheee etc. indulge once a week. Stay healthy. This is the week the placenta is starting I think....plus the baby is doubling in size this week! So of coure you are tired. Relax and take it easy.Watch Dora too!
Just a question, ou are not feeling depressed are you? If so please read up on antepartem depression and seek help..I am 5 months pregnant with my 2nd an am just getting over depression....You'll be ok!

RELAX! If there is a friend or neighbor friend or family close by and around, you need a nap, so ask for some help! - even if your 3 yr old is ready for a nap- take one when he/she does! Don't worry about the housework for now! House work isn't important as the care for you and your 3 yr old. Take a few deep breaths to help calm down. You need to, or you might scare your 3 yr old. But honestly, your body is telling you to sleep- that's really important if you can.
Cravings come and go depending on what your baby needs- we crave certain nutrients that they take from us, to help replenish them. Don't worry about that... just be careful you don't eat too much fatty foods because it won't be too healthy.
Again, deep breaths... it ALWAYS helps. We all have bad days... if you get a nap, you will feel sooo much better!

i'm 11w,3-d with my 2nd toddler and that i hate to bum you out, yet you in all probability won't get exhilaration from being pregnant until eventually your 2nd trimester. Morning affliction is a deceptive call to boot because of the fact it may hit at any time of the day or on your case (and in my case with my son) it may final all day. attempt ingesting 6 small food consistent with day, which would be much less stressful on your abdomen and make it much less finished. Progesterone, this is a hormone produced in abundance in being pregnant is killer on the digestive gadget, making nutrition interior the tummy digest greater slowly inflicting indigestion and irritating morning affliction. in case you eat much less in one sitting which will help. It won't take the morning affliction away although. if it gets too undesirable ask your wellness care professional for a prescription of zofran or phenergan. those are anti-nausea drugs that are risk-free to take on an analogous time as pregnant. the only different situation to do is wait until eventually the 2nd trimester which would be right here until eventually now you realize it. My morning affliction is already easing up a lot, when I hit 11 weeks, it took til 14 weeks with my son. it relatively is going to bypass away although. carry in there.

Don't worry its just Pregnant Sicknesses.. almost everyone gets them.. mostly their in the morning.
From my expirience your only tired because the fetto is growing and actually thats a good thing, it means the baby is growing well.. Just sleep.. ask your Husband to watch your 3 year old.. and just go take a nap.. you need it..
and about the homework.. well, your just going to have to understand and have your teachers understand that you are pregnant and you need the rest for your body.. or you can get really sick and when your pregnant thats not fun..
Congrats on your Pregnancy and i hope you feel better soon!

Welcome to the hormones. Just keep venting like this and don't take it out on the child or your partner when they get home. I try to drink water all day so I feel full. Harder to eat everything in sight if I feel full. Eat the regular meals and give in to cravings, but better to eat just a little of the food you crave and still eat healthy.

Baby's probably hitting a growth spurt. and your body's still going thru all the hormonal and chemical changes right now. It's not uncommon for this to happen. The difference is that you have a little one to take care of! The first one, you take all that for granted.

Its probably a surge of hormones. Growing a baby is hard work! I suggest you take the day off. Put a video on for your preschooler and take a nap. House work can wait until tomorrow.
