Does anyone know what would cause the rear camber to be so far off in a 2000 Regal. The wheels are leaning inward some and its wearing out the inner tread on the tires pretty fast. I'm afraid to take it in for an alignment because they'll probably want to fix hundreds of dollars of stuff when in actuality there isn't a whole lot to replace other than tie rods. Is there a way to adjust it myself so it's at least closer to being right than it is now.

Take it to a shop, alignments are not for do it yourselfers.
tell them to ck it out and give you an estimate BEFORE they spend 100s of dollars.Get it fixed or you'll be buying tires and still have to get it fixed

well it is never a good idea to mess with your vehicles alignment without a machine to tell you where you are at. Every adjusment effects another in your case messing with the rear will effect the thrust angle on the vehicle and will throw the front end out of alignment. Secondly are you sure that you can adjust rear camber/caster on that many vehicles you can only adjust toe in the rear. something may very well be bent in the rear the best i can tell you is to get it checked at the dealer. If you don't like what they have to say you don't have to replace anything, you will pay them and they will adjust what they can you always have the option of telling them no.

You say you don't want to spend hundreds of dollars to get your vehicle repaired but you want it fixed. When you find a way to do that let everyone know how. I suggest you find a reputable repair shop and get it properly diagnosed.
