If you mean Tupac Shakur, yeah, he is dead for some years now. At least that's what the media reported. I haven't heard anything about a new song, I suppose what you've heard must have been some kind of prank, since there have been rumors that Tupac didn't actually die. Rumors just like those that say Elvis is alive. No offense to the fans, but I think they are just that...Rumors

Yes Tupac is dead. He has been dead for 10 years now. He died on September 13, 1996. He was creamated. His legacy still lives on.

But haven't you noticed that some artists after they die seem to have more albums and other things come out? Like Tupac with his song? Elvis as more cd's come out with "never before heard songs"
