Does anybody have any idea why the judge kicked out this british looking old man from the court .. during the trial that sentenced saddam to death ..
it was so random and the guy seemed so harmless lol .. if anyone knws, who he is and/or why he was kicked out.. pls let me knw.. its killin me :P

I believe you are talking about Ramsey Clark. He is an American (in fact he is the former U.S. Attorney General) who went to help the defense with their case. He was removed from the trial because a judge became incensed about something he had previously written calling Saddam's trial a "travesty".

If that was Ramsey " Traitor " Clark then it's a good thing. Finally that circus trial ended and the judge did the right thing. They were a lot more fair than Hussein would have been to his own people on trial. They should let him out in the streets of Baghdad and see how the people would deal with him.

I think you are talking about former US Attorney General R. Clark. I also think there was no reason for the uneducated "judge" ordering the honorable attorney to get out.
