yes!you could wear a frayed denim skirt, or corduroy or something and some cute colored tights, or leggings. i've seen girls in this outfit, they were from england but on holiday in NYC!

being that I grew up with the punk rock kids, wearing my chucks (all stars and one stars) was an every day occurrence... i wore them with jeans, and skirts alike... if you are confident enough to wear it, then rock it out!
