I think at some point you'd just get bored with it all and decide to see if there was anything more interesting on the "other side". The fact that we are on this insidious Yahoo Answers, just goes to prove my point. How much longer can this keep us entertained. I think I'll be moving on very soon.

No. After Eve bit the apple eternal life was over. That's why some people have no complications, no organ failures, or accidents and end up dying of "old age" when its your time to go its your time to go!!

I suppose hypothetically it may be possible although probably not preferred.
The book House of the Scorpions is really kind of strange but has some of these ideas in it. Really interesting fiction.

Personally, I don't think so. I think that the spirit's time on Earth is finite. And when it's your time, then God calls you home and your life on Earth is over.
