NOOOOO!!!! Bit of info for you, Bin Laden suffered from kidney failure years ago, FACT. Basically, someone who's kidneys don't work cant clean their blood of toxins so will die quite quickly. So, they must clean their blood manually using a machine which is called a dialysis machine. In order to connect the patient to the machine they need to have a permanent tube installed to their main veins, usually around the abdominal area, the tube is then connected to the machine which cleans the blood, ranging from several times a day to once a week in frequency depending on the machine used. This procedure must be carried out in a highly sterile environment because the patient is very susceptible to infection, which can lead to death. I don't think the tora bora caves are that sterile. Also, the patient can expect a life expectancy of 10-20 years at most without a kidney transplant, which I assume is unavailable to a dweller of the tora bora caves.
In conclusion, he had no chance of surviving without highly complex medical treatment, and now he rests in the tora bora grave.

It seems Osama Bin Laden is alive. Saddam Hussein is alive too, and is likely to appeal against the "verdict" and appear a lot in public.

It really doesn't matter that much whether the man is alive or dead.
His name has taken on a kind of legendary status - like a kind of Robin Hood - so his power remains well beyond his physical survival.
Maybe the best option is that he is alive and is discovered to be living in luxury somewhere. That would give the possibility of discrediting the reputation but it would be very hard to convince 'believers' that any story and evidence of that kind was true.

From what I heard on The National Geographic channel I'm 99% sure he is still alive and living in Pakistan now because our goverment didn't act quick enough (imagine that) and they didn't deploy enough troops to the Afganistan/Pakistan border to stop him from escaping.
He's paying the Pakastani government a substantial amount of money to rent a cave and keep quiet. I know it has to be over 200 million dollars, because that's the bounty on his head now.

He is in them hills somewhere, he will never be found. The Russians could never defeat them so what chance do the rest have?
They know the terrain far to well.
