My gyno told me that you should be very fertile immediately after stopping the pill. In fact, she may have used the words, "most fertile" if memory serves me. They always tell you to wait three months before you start actively trying to conceive, but I think that is only because then you can get used to your cycle off the pill and know when your fertile days are.
If you are going to start trying right away, be sure to begin taking a multi-vitamin with folic acid in it to prevent birth defects. It's also a good idea to get a pre-conception check up.
Good luck!

I'd say that you have the potential to conceive the first cycle, just as you have potential to conceive while you are on the pill if you miss a few.

it is not impossible but most people can take anything up to a year to concieve, and coming off the pill it is best to leave it 3 months or so to make sure ur cycle gets back to normal. When i concieved my daughter i came off the pill for 6 months b4 hand and then 2 months later got pregnant once i started trying. Best of Luck xx

Everyone is different but as soon as the hormones from your last pill are out of your system then you should potentially be able to get pregnant.
