What exactly do you mean by accessories? A newborn really doesn't need very much.
A carseat is important. If you can't afford one and don't receive one as a gift, sometimes insurance companies or fire stations give them away. Call around or ask your prenatal caregiver.
You'll need a few blankets, some sleepers and onesies, caps and socks. You may be able to get hand-me-down clothes or buy some nice things at resell shops or Goodwill if you need to save cash.
A sling is a very useful item that I would recommend that you get.
Lansinoh and breastpads for mom.
Baby pain reliever like Infant Tylenol, etc. Baby soaps and lotions. Baby wipes and diapers. Diaper bag can just be a backpack if you have one already.
The hospital may give you a thermometor and a nasal aspirator....ours did.
That's really about all you need. You should be able to find all of that easily within your budget.

The Salvation Army Thrift stores usually have an excellent selection at very affordable prices

Wal-Mart, Target, Babies R' Us...like they said, it depends on the accessories. I think the most important ones you need are the crib and car seat. And of course diapers. Lots and lots of diapers. You can't have too many diapers. Trust me.

I think the best place to start if you don't have alot of money is shoppin at garage sales and once you get them besure to clean them off as good as you can
