Respectfully, unless you're possibly in Alaska at some point of the year near the northern lights, the sun is going to shine...even in November. Sometimes, even the simplest things seem irritating when you're having a bad day. Have you ever had a day that, no matter what you did to stop it, everything seemed to keep falling on the floor? I feel like screaming when that happens.

Self-reliance is the best sign that everything will be okay. [Where I live, if the sun shining would be a good indicator, life would always be happy.]
If the sunshine makes you happy, then this should be a great sign of good things to come. Life has a nice way of balancing things, and when things seem bad, the sun comes out and warms your heart. Bad times always come to pass.

The greatest sign that everything IS o.k. is the fact that you are still in your day and still have the opportunity to either correct what is making your day bad or focus on making what is left of it enjoyable, peaceful, or simply relaxing, even if there is only five seconds of that particular day left. Rejoice and be glad in it. It truely beats getting stressed over something that may not be worth it

KEEP YOUR HEAD UP!

When I feel bad and I see my cats playing around regardless - that makes me feel like everything is going to be ok at the end. They don't care, they sleep, play, fight and demand their food. Their world is easy and clearcut. That always gives me the reality check I need at those times. Any kind of pet is great for that.

I don't really see 'signs', and sometimes things won't be okay. I wish I could live in such a cliche, but I don't. I do know that no matter what I have a family and a husband that love me and will see me though any bad time.

A phone call from someone that you like, someone inviting you to a dinner, or some event that will make you forget that you are having a bad day.

try Yoga, it's very relaxing.
Even if you just stretch that may help.
Don't worry you could be in a worse place like in the middle of Ethiopia with your 5 children and nothing to feed them.
Always remember that we are very fortunate to be here and alive.
