Your ignorance is showing. Mexico's population is very ethnically varied. Very few people on this hemisphere are racially pure. Recessed genes will often rise out after generations.
Example: My great, great, great grandfather was African. His wife Anglo. Their children became the mulatto. As generations passed and they intermingled, their descendents became more and more varied. My father has two brothers. Identical in every aspect except that one is black and one is white. They are not twins.
