yes, teenagers hanging around streets terrify the elderly, although they may be unaware of their actions, the fear that comes into the elderly is unreal, and then you have the little b*******ds that intentionnaly set out to scare them, they should be locked up and have the life scared out of them by the elderly........... set them straight!!!

I think alot of old people judge teens too much, i live in an area were their is no place for teens to go so they hang around the outside of shops. when i was a teen (1 year ago lol) i would walk past old people and they would jump out of their skins but i would just be walking, some old people think that all teen are gonna mug them, everyone should feel safe though

Newsflash son....We are not intimidated by you, we just think you are foolish and ignorant of consequences of your actions. But we are concerned that you may take yourself out of the gene pool by acting stupid, and ignoring advice we offer. We have taken a lifetime to accumulate knowledge and hopefully some wisdom along with it. You will be an elderly person one day. ( assuming you live that long).

Absolutely.
Good point.
After all, those self-same teens will one day be in the same boat; because age is a fact of life: and what goes round, comes round.
Your idea is not only a very valid one, but extremely sociable!

HAHA..how are you going to do that! You can't! Get it through your head, some people think that just b/c they are older means they can control the younger people but they don't realize that age don't mean anything! They can whip out a gun and shoot you just like they can anyone else, they can't be stopped!

Yes. I think gangs of teenagers hanging around outside old peoples' houses even if they are doing no harm, can intimidate older people.

I believe the same way you do. I know if I witnessed it, I would speak up and if I ever found out my children were doing this, I would ground them for a month!

im a teenager and i feel just as much intimidated by those you briefly class as 'teenagers', and feel ashamed that you generalise all teenagers to be like this: when they are not!
...think carefully about what you say, not every teen is like that.
p.s adults can be just as much intimidating if not worse at times.
