This is totally normal you just need to wait it out, and see your primary care if symptms intensify or persist longer then a week or so. However if you didnt even black out then it is extremely unlikely that you have any bleeding in your brain. Yes, it is possible that you had a minor concussion but the doc is not going to do anything for you except tell you to take tylenol and rest. If have any questions my email is mcc_md@yahoo.com.

You probably had a concussion or a closed head injury...this is serious however if you still experiencing symptoms...I would recommend you see a doctor....If you start to notice any unsual weakness, difficulty speaking, jerky movements of legs/arms, feeling confused....If you start to experience these kind symptoms...you need to see a medical doctor and I recommend a ct scan...your injury might be more severe than you know....I would go to the doctor.....I dont think they will tell you to go home and rest...this is a serious matter

Why do you keep hitting your head on the wall in the first place? Anyone might get dizzy from that.

Look you need to get up and go to the Doctor right NOW. You could get a concussion or have really damaged something. It's better to be safe than sorry. You can rest better knowing you went.

Chances are, it's just a slight concussion. I know it may seem like a waste of time to go to the doctor because you're right, they are PROBABLY just going to tell you to rest. Note how I emphasized PROBABLY? It could be worse, you might want to go just to make sure. If it is something serious, wouldn't you want to know?
