I know this is a dumb question, but since gasoline is highly flamable, if I put my clothes in the dryer, will they blow up?

Wash separately from other clothes .Hang dry. Rewash and dry. The smell should begone. If not washed separately the odor will transfer to your other clothes and you will be worse off than when you started.

OdoBan from Walmart, Sam's Club, or Home Depot. I have yet to find something this stuff didn't clean and make smell good. Put in bucket and soak for a while. Hand wash and repeat until odor is eliminated. Be careful about washing and drying. You don't want to catch something on fire. _____________________ As a last resort I'd try M-30 (sometimes in automotive department at Walmart). While it would get the job done, it might be kind of expensive for something as large as jeans. I put the link below if you need to order it direct.

This is a frequent problem for us. The best thing I found was a degreaser detergent. It's found in the automotive aisles and in a purple jug. But for the life of me, I can't remember what it is called. I wanna say it's by Castrol? Just dump a cup in with your detergent.

Wash it in your regular detergent. When you take it out of the washer, smell it, if the smell is gone, then it's ok to dry it, if not, let it hang and dry, then rewash it the mmell should come out after the second wash for sure. Then you can dry as usual.

my washer & dryer came w/ stickers on them saying to never put clothes that have gasoline on them in there.

I would wash them off w/ detergent in the tub, then rinse
them out very well , let them air dry & then wash them in
the washer on HEAVY cycle & let them air dry again.
