i have a piccy that contains chinese text, can anyone translate it if i send it to them?

i cant add the text cus i dont know how to. the pic is a screen shot of game that i need log into, but it wants me to change passwords and secret number. only prob is i cant tell what field is which.

I can't, I use freetranslation as someone else mentioned, but wouldn't know how to put Chinese characters on it.
No I was just thinking if I had this problem, I would take it to the nearest Chinese takaway, who actually speak some form of Chinese.
That is if you can get a print of it.
