neither really, its a hebrew word that we have tried to adapt to English.

Channukah would be the closer of the two becuase in hebrew there is a "cha" sound at the beginning

its spelled chanukah and pronounced "ch"anukah in "Yiddish". but in English there is no "ch" with this pronouncing so its said Hanukkah. simple...
