Will you buy the newest version of Monopoly?

The "Here and Now" Version has been advertised, just wondering if you would buy it. What do you think, will it be worth it?

I personally love monopoly. and this new version gives it an awesome 21st century update. being able to buy places I've been to and seen is fun and entertaining

I don't think Monopoly needed to be modernized. It is a classic game, and I feel there is more value in its sense of timelessness and nostalgia than in some bastardized new marketing gimmik.

Though Monopoly has been copied and made for every college and 2nd rate town in America already, so it's not the first time.

Some people will buy it, so it will be a successful initiative for the company. Just like Star Wars, NFL, and every other gimmik version over the past 20 years.

I'll still play the original....though I do admit I bought the deluxe edition with the wood houses and other fun stuff, so I guess I am no better.

I would be interested in it if the "Debit Card" machine could be usable for other games, e.g. If I could swipe a card and add or remove value from someone's card without any interference from the Monopoly mechanisms. Could make it useful in other games where money is supposed to remain hidden.

Well I'm not very sure but lots of people have different opinions. Me myself I'm not very interested in Monopoly I'm usally the banker if we play the board game :)

I did like the frist one.It was time sucking and fun at the same time.I`d have to take a look at it frist.
