Columbia SC gay commuinty?

I am not gay but I really feel comfortable hanging out with the lesbian - bisexual and gay community. Does anyone have any leads on how I can make some new friends in Columbia SC?

patrick....i am also in columbia, sc. as you might already know this is one of the most anti-GLBT cities in all of the southeast. you might try to contact the gay/lesbian alliance office near 5 points. i dont have the exact address, but they are just up from gervais near bill green's office (the attorney who looks like a dork).other than that, your best best is to check out freetimes.com. sorry cant help much.
