"*" - LOVED the first part of your answer. As for the second part: What happened to your faith when you most need it - faced to face with the anomaly?

May I Help You? - That Professor Tweet of yours sounds like a true anomalous hero; good for him and lucky for you guys for having had his class.

If I could make sense of my own anomaly then maybe I would try to make sense of others.
Whichever way you look at it I am just a lost traveler.

There was once this physicist who spent a semester as a guest lecturer at a particular highly respected university. And he was very impressed by a certain grad student by the name of Bob. He was sure that young Bob had a great future....maybe, he would even win a Nobel Prize. The physicist then went back to his own university. The years passed...and he again had the opportunity to lecture at the aforementioned institution. When he got there, he asked the head of the physics department about Bob. "That kid really had promise! Where is he now?" The other man's face assumed a dour expression, and he stared at the floor. He gave Bob's current address, which happened to be that of the state mental hospital. He shook his head and said, "He tried to UNDERSTAND quantum mechanics!"

If I do it right I might become a singularity and birth a new universe. But Humpty Dumpty and the Cheshire Cat's grin don't get along so the outcome is doubtful.

I shall quote my previous Professor Tweet (yes his real name)

The difference between good and bad writing of any kind

Bad Writing - Confirms what you already know

Good Writing - Confronts what you know, or did not even think about.....hence ...makes you think....ahhhhhh
