Does anyone know where to find them other than the internet?? My sister needs them but she is living in Mexico, I'm going to visit her this thursday so I need to find them at the store.. no time for shipping.

What a great sister :D BUT! She doesn't need nipple shields. If you mean nipple "shells", they're at Toys R Us.
Nipple shields are bad, bad, bad. Unless she'll be using them with a lactation specialist watching over her 24/7, she should avoid them.
Nipple shields don't solve problems - they just create new ones. Get her a pump instead for relief :P
When I had latch issues, I'd just pump a little before so that I was, um, prepped for the session.

I would call your local hospital lactation counselor or contact a local la leche league. Lactation coaches sometimes have them on hand.
You could try a local store that specializes in maternity clothes and/or baby supplies.

I got nipple sheilds at Target and Babies R Us.
They can help a lot of ladies through a tough time and prolong breastfeeding as log as you know how to use them.

I take it she has flat or inverted nipples?

Try a local drug store. I think they sell them. If not try you local grocery store in the baby section. Or if it's on your way stop at a baby store. Good luck!

when i tried breastfeeding the only place i found them was Walmart. but try calling all the stores like Target, K-mart, also try Walgreens or a CVS. good luck
